The company operates a marketplace for refurbished e-bikes and offers a structured work environment free from customer stress or sales pressure. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing e-bikes according to clear quality standards. Senior profiles will also be responsible for technical management, onboarding, and process optimization. Work will be carried out in a modern, professionally equipped warehouse workshop. You should have experience as a bicycle or e-bike mechanic and a structured work approach.
